Please be aware that access to serenity lodge is via a mile long farm track. Care must be taken when driving. We are continuously improving this but there are potholes and uneven ground. The owners accept no responsibility to any damage to vehicles.
You must be aware that you are responsible for your own safety. You will be staying in an unsupervised location, with deep water, steep drops, rough terrain and various hazards of the wild and a working smallholding.
Guests must be aware that fire pits and log burners can be dangerous. keep well ventilated do not block any air vents. the log burner must be used with its door closed at all times. Always be aware of hot surfaces. Serenity lodge accepts no responsibility for any misadventure with the log burner or fire pit. please be safe. Paul and Carly are always available via the radio if you need any fire advice, be it Safety, lighting or how to use. Smoke and Co2 alarms are fitted.
Pets – Unfortunately we don’t accept dogs/pets at Serenity Lodge
The maximum number of people is 2 adults sharing (unless by prior arrangement).
We reserve the right to refuse admission if this condition is not adhered to without a refund.
Insurance – We strongly recommend that your party take out personal travel insurance for all members. It is your responsibility that your policy is appropriate.
Your responsibility
Please note that the booking party is responsible to behave in a proper, appropriate and legal manner whilst staying at the lodge, with due respect to the property and landowner.
If guests do behave inappropriately or improperly the owner reserves the right to ask the booking party and guests to leave the property before the end of their holiday and refuse further bookings with no refund.
Booking and payment.
A booking is confirmed on receiving full payment for your stay.
The owners reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time with all monies paid refunded.
Complaints. Paul and Carly want you to enjoy your stay so if there are any complaints please tell us immediately so we can resolve the issue or compensate you in some way.
Checking in is from 4 pm
Checking out is at 10.30 am unless by prior arrangement.
